evaluation

STARTING A PROJECT. All projects start out as ideas mixed with some reality some dreams and plenty of variables. The first thing to do when considering a building project is to get your due diligence done, understand your constraints and possibilities and then make a decision wether or not to move forward. Understanding the variables that could help you make this critical decision may be outside of your experience and I am pleased to help you get this done. I always offer a no charge meeting or phone consultation that will cover; reconciling your budget to the scope of your project, evaluating the suitability of your site, discussing your project schedule. Please do not hesitate to contact me there is no obligation.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION. Tell me a bit about your project; anticipated size in square feet or just tell me the scope, location, when you want to get started, what you hope to accomplish with the project. I will call you back as soon as I can to discuss your options. Feel free to give me a call to discuss your options if it is easier. I always have my mobile 207.590.2503
