OSGOOD VILLAGE. Our firm was asked provide a design for senior low-income, subsidized housing. We viewed this challenge as an opportunity to create a modern day development with a classic neighborhood feel. We concentrated on celebrating the entries of each building while avoiding the common mistake of over emphasizing the garage. The buildings were designed to be comparably less expensive than similar projects in the area. Not only was the city happy with the end result but these units sold much faster than the developer’s competitors who were already ahead in their schedules.
